My responsibility is to turn the Group’s long-term vision into day-to-day results — across very different businesses, each with its own markets, people and pace.
That requires discipline: clear priorities, sound operations and a constant focus on quality. It also requires the confidence to diversify thoughtfully, investing where we can build real capability rather than chasing short-term opportunity.
As the Group develops, our focus remains on strengthening each venture, developing our people and preparing the organisation for its next stage of growth.
